Seller seems to be honest in their approach. They were responsive but a bit nieve about controlling their product availability and shipping promises. I received an exact replica of a product that was in the dispute. Granted, they let me keep the wrong item and assured me the correct package was on its way. As stated before 'the left hand and right hand' are not in sync. Too bad. It was not a positive transaction but I think they tried. They did offer a refund, but I had eBay handle it.
I ordered this part from another seller and it showed up defective, half of the screen didn't work. The seller has been less than helpful and I needed another screen to get the car back in action. The item showed up super quick, well packed but more importantly it worked perfectly.
Shipping was slow but finally arrived packaging was perfect and everything was described as it says on the site and it is definitely worth the value I sent on this
