The turnaround time for this purchase was astounding! Ordered the GL 500 seat late Saturday evening and it arrived Tuesday morning via FedEx. The seat was well packaged and exactly as described - as a matter of fact, it basically looks new after applying some leather cleaner. And the 8% discount was icing on the cake. Item description was made in good faith based on the portions of the product the seller could easily view, but after receiving the very well packaged\shipped product, and testing it carefully, it was clear that there were some major problems the seller had missed.
