Packaging could have been significantly better (just taped two boxes together, it was drenched in oil), but it was exactly as the description. I did pay $200 above other valued steering gears from an accident vehicle, but it appears to be in working condition, so $500 less than new undamaged ones. Shipping was expedient, got here in just 3 business days, overall not bad. You can trust their word on the listing.
