Outstanding service and support. Purchased a part to replace a defective one in my vehicle. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately, the part was also defective. Seller honored their warranty, and sent out a replacement right away - no questions asked. 2nd Replacement part worked great. Only gripe would be the packaging and cleanliness of the parts, so minus 1 star. Packaging was basically a box with not much internal padding, and the parts were very dirty and required cleaning.
