Merchant offered item for sale but never delivered. Bogus tracking number provided. Merchant has used this excuse multiple times with other customers: “Sorry for this. Please accept our apologies. Upon checking your order. It has been lost in the transaction. So we have an option can we send a full refund. Because we think if we send it again it be lost again. So Refund is better.” Beware of this merchant as you may not receive the item you purchased. A refund was issued to me.
I don't understand why my items arrived 6 hours after I was informed of their arrival, but they were dropped off this afternoon. I recently had a problem with an item that was allegedly delivered but the post office told my the tracking number used wasn't even for my address, so I'm concerned about possible fraud happening again, but not this time.
I was informed that the wheels had been delivered but when I went to get them, they were nowhere to be found. R Easy to Buy refunded my money quickly so I'm a happy camper! I don't blame them or ebay. I think it may have been a porch pirate (it would be the first one ever for me) or miscommunication from the shipper and they lost it.
