7-8-25. Got this through Amazon, AFTER asking seller 3 times which company is bringing it, that our area Walmart & Amazon are very terrible at delivering items to my apartment building. Amazon delivered it. So, seller irritated me. If you can't answer a simple question, why do you sell stuff. Seller is lucky am giving Positive Feedback. I'll never use this seller anymore.😡
Post office showed the item was delivered. We never received. Seller asked what we wanted to do. We opted to have them shipped again. Unfortunately item was then out of stock so we opted for a refund which we received promptly. Excellent communication and easy to work with. Hope to do business in the future.
Quality at its best! The product is perfect and exactly as described . The packaging was exceptional- such care was taken , bubble wrap all around and extra protection on her tail .
