The seller is ok but like a lot of sellers these days they are using EVRI as their courier who are absolutely useless. They sent me an email to say they had delivered the item which was of course just a lie. I contacted ebay and was told to wait and see if it got delivered the next day or I could claim a refund. It arrived the next day with a picture as proof but then it was left on the front step for anyone to take. But my question is how can they deliver it today if it was done yesterday?
Was tempted to get rid of my Dyson, as it started to not pick up dirt and the filter was smelling. After replacing old filter with this it is like a new Dyson. So reasonably priced and arrived earlier than expected.
Item arrived damaged , these things happen so no worries , supplied pictures seller fully agreed , a nice response apologizing quick refund happy days . How customer service should be.
