Received 20 of the same necklace chains. Not 40 or as pictured. Seller communication was good and quickly admitted their error. Offered refund of half of listing price. Should have taken it. Final offer was return shipping label and refund as they are in bankruptcy and have no product to send. I will keep the chains and move on from this unhappy transaction.
