For everybody out there, if you see and like any of pygdyd’s products, you can be assured of a prompt and easy purchase from them. Coming from the PRC, the customs and tariffs were included in the final price + shipping — no surprises. Delivery was handled by another PRC affiliated company that, in my case, dropped off to my house on Thanksgiving day! For this order, one of the items I had wanted wasn’t able to be shipped. pygdyd contacted me and we made a substitute — no trouble!
Actual item shipped loooked like the photo; however, (1) color was more burgundy than red, and (2) the fabric was 82% wool and 18% silk, not 70% cashmere and 30% silk. After I expressed concern, seller was very polite and promptly offered a partial refund or to return, and I took partial return.
This scarf is even lovelier than it appeared in the photos, as the seller indicated. It’s very vibrant, visually appealing and will find many uses in my wardrobe. It was carefully packaged and arrived in pristine condition. I’m very pleased!
