I had an issue with my package being delivered to the wrong location, but the seller was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. Package lost in USPS delivery. Upon notification of lost, ELITEFINDER responded very quickly to the situation. A replacement was sent out immediately and arrived as promised. A quality item, in excellent condition and was value priced. The item was well packaged to ensure appearance and safety of product.
