I received my first order and had error messages from the battery case, I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement battery case. I highly recommend this seller because they stand behind their products. This battery case charges my iPhone 12 Pro Max 2 times, it’s bulky in weight but if you want to be able to use your phone for extended periods this battery case will definitely give you that it’s a great product and value for the features of this battery case.
