When received item did not match ad photo. Provided gem certification wasn't valid; considered false by in house geologist. Seller indicated " free shipping/ returns. Mailing label printed contained an imaginary tracking number according to USPS which negatively impacted ebays ability to include in transaction/return/refund jistory because it couldn't be mailed as printed from seller.Return shipping cost me $19.35. Waiting for full refund.
They are exactly what they advertised, they do appear to be coated in oil, probably to look better in the photos so be aware of that. Package arrived in great condition, I got got them for an offer price so the value was good. And be prepared, the photos are zoomed in, out of necessity, but they are probably smaller than you’d expect. I paid for 100ct but actually received 104.5ct so they definitely didn’t short me.
Received today the pendant is absolutely beautiful! Everything I have ordered from this seller has exceeded my expectations in quality and value! The pieces I have ordered were packaged very well and arrived in good time. I would highly recommend this seller.
