  1. No fault of seller, but FedEx was terrible. Driver only delivered 1 of 2 packages on his truck and took back to warehouse and took several phone call to get them to find second package to get them to deliver. Not sure if we ever would receive it without calls. This was a mini split ac/heat system that are not cheap. Again not seller fault but FedEx fault!

Tools, & s several hardware missing including a plastic ?Lots of misc loose screws, nuts thrown into main shipping box broken.(brake handle)brake spring missing. Total loss to me except Ebay seller credited back his commission. I'm so sad 😔
