Initially I had a shipping issue that was not sellers fault. I asked seller what size the package was because it was marked delivered and I could not find it anywhere. Seller fixed the issue and wire showed up the next week. My guess bis Postal Service was at fault but seller took it upon themselves to make it right.. Thanks so much.
Got exactly the Pencils I wanted and fast shipping BUT the SHIPPING BAG CHOICE was TERRIBLE. the product box was ripped and pencils falling out of the box! I think the seller could have at least applied clear tape to the box opening points to ensure safer arrival.
The first one I received was missing the whole lid, seller was prompt to send a replacement and a shipping label so I could return the original one sent. I would have had to give a 1 star rating for defective product but seller did a great job communicating.
