I ordered this as a gift and after payment realized it would not come on time. I cancelled my order but decided to keep it for myself. I communicated with the seller and they were responsive and agreeable. I received it much sooner than estimated date. I did receive the wrong size but they gave me option of refund difference or return for right size. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Package came 10 days after estimated arrival date which is still pretty decent. The keyboard is still in its original package and in good condition, everything works as intended and looks good as new. I'm honestly surprised by how good and smooth the order was.
Everything was in the package as described. Only issue is there is a strong odor from the glue and form. It strong form. The product arrived with in the shipping time they noted.
