New item in original packaging. Arrived quickly. Good price. However, the box the washi tape comes in is part of the whole product, beautiful and distinctive and featuring some of the same art as is on the tapes. That box was used as the mailing box with a label stuck on it, ruining the look of the box. If seller had communicated it would be sent that way I'd have been willing to pay a little more to have an outer box. Other than that I'm very pleased with the purchase and the product.
