Seller refunded purchase after debate of item quantity in eBay ad title of "2X" definition; seller did not reply to question included with sale order to clarify quantity of either one (1x) or two (2x) batteries before shipping 1x. Battery was loose in relatively small box and should have had more cushioning; we were lucky that there was no damage in transit. But THAKS much to seller for fast refund to close official eBay Request from buyer.
The battery was packaged in a way that prevented damage during shipping. It arrived in great condition. The appearance is as described. The quality of the product exceeded expectations. It is an excellent value. Shipping was fast. Great communication. Very pleased with my overall purchase.
