  1. Ordered, paid with Paypal, realized ordered wrong size, cancelled order. Ordered correct size, note to Seller to cancel other order. Payment processing didn't allow Seller to cancel. eBay took 4 days to process payment THEN emailed me that "the Seller refused to cancel the order". Seller did not refuse, eBay just said that. Contacted Seller (spsal_82). They could then cancel the original order and refund to Paypal (which they immediately did). Great Seller. I would buy from again.
