The Key Supply did an outstanding job providing two 3001 - 3050 series keys to a Craftsman toolbox. Keys ordered Thursday with estimated delivery date of Saturday - Monday. Keys mailed on Thursday and delivered Saturday. I could not open the lock with the new keys and thought that something was wrong with the lock or keys. Contacted The Key Supply who suggested a little WD40 on the lock. Both keys work perfectly. What great service for a great price!
The key arrived quickly. I placed an order with t company since the eBay Tennessee vendor I initilly placed an order with on March 29th still has not fulfilled the order as of May 6th. I have requested a refund from that vendor. I have placed another order with this CA based company since I ordered the wrong key. I will never deal with the TN vendor again.
Seller was great to work with, shipping within 1 hour of ordering. The keys looked great and works perfectly. Well worth the price. Packaged great and in perfect condition. They did take a week to show up after tracking was available, however, that's typical for going halfway across the country via USPS. Overall, great buy, great seller.
