It is a STUNNING ring; sent in a nicely presented box, ring box with light, and IGI certification. Shipping was fast! Only had an issue when it was sent to authentication, the prongs were bent out of place when it was checked. It will need to be fixed. Seller was willing to have it shipped back to fix & then sent back via authentication again to me which was highly appreciated. I didn’t go this route as I didn’t want to have to deal with the same process potentially happening again.
Wow, just wow. Beautiful ring at a beautiful price. I am completely amazed with the entire execution of this process. The communication was clear and friendly. I was tracking the progress and was amazed to see how it went from NY all the way to CA for authentication then sent to me.
