The keyboard I bought was shipped in a timely manor. There was an issue with the rechargeable battery and it would not hold a charge. Contacted the seller and she immediately refunded my money. I ordered 2 of the Roomba filters but only received one. Upon my notification, the seller realized the error and promised to ship the missing item. I received a filter for a different model of Roomba, which I could not use. The seller then did ship the second correct item. Communication was great!! ALL IS WELL!
