I received the model today which was unfortunately damaged in transit. However the seller responded very promptly with an acceptable solution to the issue. Sometimes issues do occur but it is how those issues are dealt with that matters. Jim responded immediately and offered generous compensation to solve the issue. Top marks to Jim 10 out of 10!
