The packaging is not sturdy enough so the box inside arrived damaged (caved in on one side pretty badly). The QR code did verify authenticity so I kept the labubu doll for my daughter's birthday. The doll remains in sealed bag and looks new although the head was bended forward slightly, uncertain it is manufactured that way or a result of the damage to the package.
