This was an interesting transaction that worked out well in the end. The item was listed as new but the warehouse shipped a used item that arrived with paint chips and other damage. When I contacted the ebay seller about this, they very quickly offered to send another unit, and send pictures in advance confirming that the packaging would be more than adequate. In due course the replacement unit arrived, packed meticulously this time, and in perfect condition. Great service and communication!!!
Overall, I wish I could give this seller more than (5) STARS, because they deserve it. I live in Hawaii and ordered these planes from overseas. This seller packed my order with care, plane model was so secured, that there was no way it could be damaged. Even the box that my item was shipped in was well packed with cushion - so impressed. This comment covers (3) model plane orders that arrived in separate boxes, together. All planes arrived in EXCELLENT condition, great quality and value!
Item was dispatched in a few days and arrived intact with no damage. Although Ebay said delivery would take 1 month, it arrived within 2 weeks - much faster than expected! The item was very well packaged, with additional packing material, and bubble wrap, placed to ensure the item was secure and would not have any bumps or impacts. Would buy from again in the future - a 5 star seller.
