All went according to plan, except the shipping time. The seller contacted me asking if I had received the item ordered. The seller even done some checking to find out what happened and got it all straightened out. Communication was obviously good. I don't think the shipping snafu was nothing the seller had anything to do with and I would try them again just for the simple reason of they seemed concerned about what happened to my order.
Package was delivered in good condition. Bowling set was received as pictured. I had hoped for slightly larger pins but this set will work fine for the children I had in mind. Good communications with seller.
