1901 Harper's Weekly ~ St. Louis Number, McKinley Assassination, World's Fair. Offering this antique September 14, 1901 issue of Harper's Weekly (St. Louis Number). This is a large format magazine, measuring approximately 11" x 18", with approximately 30 pages. In addition to lots of information about St. Louis, this issue also covers the Mckinley Assassination, with an engraving of the President on the inside cover. Also of interest: The Automobile Races at Newport; the Futurity Horse race in Sheepshead Bay, and of course, many nice old ads. Condition: The color cover has some discoloration, mainly in the border area, some small rips at edges, and general light age wear. Also a horizontal fold down the center. It has detached from the interior. The back color cover is missing. The interior is complete and in good to very good vintage condition.
