This item is in good condition and shows normal signs of wear typical of age, use, and storage of the item. There are signs of wearing on the front and back cover and around the edges along with some discoloration/staining (see pictures 1-4). There is a small tear along the right edge of the front cover (see picture 5). There is some minor staining and fingerprint smudges on the inside pages, but the content is legible.
