This item came from a restorers auction. You are purchasing (1) used 15" wheel cover for a 1963 Buick Electra. No curb rash, dents, dings, pits, rust, or scratches. There are a couple of what looks like rub marks on the cone (see photo). The center cap gold background is peeling. Aside from that this is a real nice wheel cover. Please verify your application. The item came quickly and was wrapped so not to damage the item. Unfortunately the item was incorrect for our car. But we were excited because it was new and we had been looking for it but it was for a different year The man I dealt with was amazing in getting back to me And trying to help.
