1968 Topps Nolan Ryan177 Mets rookies Authentic Miscut Trimmed Ok, here's the story with this card. My Uncle pulled it from a pack back in the late 60s. He gave it to me in the late 70s, which kicked off my sports cards collecting. I sent the card to PSA for grading. PSA judged the card a "Miscut." See photo. PSA does not encapsulate miscuts. I sent the card to BGS (Vintage). They grade it "Authentic Altered." See photo. Neither my uncle nor I altered/trimmed/shaved this card. Take this for what it's worth. Despite the grading, this is one hell of a nice card. True, centering is not perfect. However, the corners are strong. The surface perfect, as is the gloss.
