Product shipped and was received as promised. Product was packaged also as not to be damaged during shipment. The seller even contacted me to make sure everything was good with the shipment, and to let them know if I ran into any difficulties with the product. Ordered the fans and upon arrival and opening for inspection noticed the side was broken due to fedex not giving a fuxx as usual. Notified seller and was refunded no problems. Will def be ordering another fan but please package it better by adding insulation on the sides also! Glad to do business with you again!!
Had everything but missing 1 rubber gasket. Was easier to buy the 1 gasket instead of shipping back and waiting. Seller communicated and was willing to refund upon return. But everything else I needed was in the package. Wasn't sellers fault it was a sealed package. I will do future purchases with seller.
