Book is solid and complete. There are some stains on bottom edges of beginning pages, please see photos. But recipes are fine. Pages are not stuck together and all is readable. Tanning of pages due to age. I see NO writing throughout, pages are mostly smooth and clean, except for bottom edges of beginning of book. 1970, First printing. Illustrated. Great recipes and info to go with any diet.
