Description: A highly attractive and beautiful 1971 Rolex Date 1500 Oyster Perpetual Silver Radial Dial Steel Automatic Wristwatch. Stainless steel Oyster case is great and has remained thick and full bodied. Some light natural wear in keeping with age and usage. Original and very rare "no lume" silver radial dial is very nice, some light wear in keeping with age and usage present, slight tool mark at the center post. Stainless steel 78350 Oyster bracelet with 557 end pieces is great, includes 11 full links, and is date coded to 1977. Oyster Perpetual Caliber 1570 automatic movement is running and keeping time. The watch was as good or better than described and they were very prompt answering questions. The only hang up was with the authenticator, who screwed up the serial number on the card. This vendor was very helpful by contacting both the authenticator and eBay to get it corrected.
The watch is exactly as described. The seller was extremely responsive and the item was sent out to be authenticated the same day I purchased. I was worried about purchasing an item like this online. My fears were unfounded. The watch, transaction and seller were outstanding.
