Description

The last year in which Topps released their baseball cards by series. I was fortunate to acquire several sets, and I'm listing the best for your consideration. I will combine shipping for your benefit. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING! LEGEND: Grades Listed on each card: NM, EM++, EM+, EM, EX, VGEX, VG, GD, FR, PR Characteristics (if applicable): oc (off center), mc (miscut), of (out of focus), mk (mark), st (stain), pd (print defect, cr (crease), cor (corner softness/ding/crease), edge (notching or wear along the edge), indent (indentation on the face of the card), wax (wax staining from Topps), wtr (water staining / water damage) I will try to list all adverse characteristics for NM, EM++, EM+, EM, and EX cards. I will try to list creases or "hidden" defects for VGEX or VG cards but please view the scans for your judgment of oc / of / st / pd / mk characteristics. VG and VG- cards MAY have minor creasing or wrinkles which are not otherwise described. For GD, FR, and PR cards please carefully view the scans since I believe there is a significant flaw in that card though I will not be listing any characteristic. We all know that GD, FR, and PR mean something is amiss with the card. CONDITION: I try to present clean (and always 100% authentic !) cards. My vast inventory contains examples of "HIGH-GRADE" cards, which will have their own listing, so please check for those! Some of them are outstanding cards! DISCOUNTS : While I believe I've listed cards at "Fair Market Value," I'm happy to offer a discount for purchases greater than $150. Please be sure to ask about the amount of such a discount before your purchase. Thanks. MAIL ORDER SAVINGS: When you receive your order you will have instructions on how to save $$$ through my Mail Order Service. It helps us both! SHIPPING: (When applicable) I will combine shipping whenever possible so please let me know if you have multiple orders. Depending upon the value, one (1), two (2) or three (3) cards will be shipped in a regular USPS envelope. Four (4) or more cards will be shipped via USPS in a padded bubble mailer. Packages valued at $100 (or more) will be sent "Signature Required." Excess postage over $1 will be refunded. ADDITIONS TO THIS LISTING: I will add more cards as time and inventory allow so please check back. Sixty-five years ago, there was no chromium, laser-cut, refractor gibberish, just good old-fashioned cardboard collectibles of our heroes. Please see the scans and ask if you have any questions. Currently, I have over ONE MILLION SPORTS CARDS (far too numerous to list) so if you're looking for something specific send me a message. You never know, I may have the card you need!
