A RARE 1976 Sweden Army commemorative / challenge COIN for the 300 year anniversary (1676-1976) of the Swedish Army Scanian Dragoon Regiment featuring its COAT OF ARMS. In original plastic sleeve with the original business card of the giver, an officer in the Regiment. RARE - I can not find this coin sold or for sale in recent years in any of my research. Gold-tone. Size: about 1 1/4" in diameter - round. The Scanian Dragoon Regiment ( Skånska dragonregementet ) was an armored regiment of the Swedish Army with its roots in the 17th century. The unit was first based in Helsingborg and later in Hassleholm . Condition is used but excellent. Has been stored in plastic sleeve. See photos.
