Item as described. I ordered this exact set of lights from another seller about 2 yrs ago and the lights didn't work and they wouldn't help me. And I have been looking for this light set since and have not been able to find another until just now from this seller. I tested them out immediately and was so excited to see that this seller's lights work! Seller was also very responsive and packaged the lights very well. :]
