Description YAMAHA Electric Guitar SG1000 Manufactured in 1982, based on the serial number. The YAMAHA SG series, which was first released in the 1970s, is still in production today and remains one of YAMAHA's flagship models with a long history. The design is more rounded compared to the Gibson SG, and it has a thicker body, similar to a Les Paul. It is equipped with a coil tap system called the "Bi-Sound System," allowing it to produce sounds like a single-coil pickup. The rear pickup has been replaced with a Seymour Duncan SH-4, and the Bi-Sound system is only available on the front pickup. This guitar can produce both thick, chunky distortion sounds and delicate tones using the Bi-Sound system.
