Softcover shows signs of wear along edges and a crease on the bottom corner of front cover (see photos). Plastic spiral binding is intact with no cracks or breakage. Page edges of text block is in great shape overall just a few very small dot stains to the bottom edge. Internal pages are in excellent shape with all pages attached to the binding and after a quick inspection no notes, tears, or highlights found.
