1-4 single cards totaling a combined $19.99 or less and eligible will ship eBay Standard Envelope (PWE). Other shipping will be Ground Advantage or Priority. I always ship eBay Standard Envelope (PWE) in a top loader. Also, I always ship the same day or next business day. International Shipping will be charged by eBay regardless if I charge for shipping or not. Some single card listings will have $5.00 flat shipping. They will be shipped Ground Advantage regardless if it's eligible for PWE, unless you contact me if you prefer PWE shipping if eligible. If multiple cards purchased and still can be shipped PWE, I will refund the difference it costs if the difference exceeds more than $1.00 in shipping costs.
