This item was in condition listed. Unfortunately, it wasn't compatible with our 2013 Nissan Leaf SL as this and many other listings state. My experience with seller was very positive! They were very responsive from before we made an offer and through the entire process. We couldn't get the item to work. Seller offered to take a look to assist us, and did, but headlight was incompatible. They offered to help us find the right one or refund. We opted for refund, and they issued refund immediately.
