This seller has been very good @ customer service and refunded cost and partial of expensive shipping cost due to the receiver arrived with sound problems & bad remote controle. Packing was poor for such a heavy and sensitive unit. Yet for great, quick and respectful communications & refund seller deserves 100% feedback (IMHO) and I recommend this seller .
PERFECT!!! item exactly as described - it may have been opened but it certainly was in perfect condition plus seller was kind enough to place some tape over each of the 3 DVDs to hold them in place on their locks so they wouldn't come loose during shipment and get scratched - thanks. Very happy with this transaction and highly recommend this seller!!
