Item received was not "Brand New" as described. Contacted seller and gave examples of how I could tell the item had been used and how it wasn't working correctly. Seller replied to my message quickly and stated they were told the item was new. Seller appropriately rectified the problem to my satisfaction. Shipping of the product was slow, but not because of the seller. Seller delivered product to USPS quickly but USPS was delayed. Item arrived intact but packaging could have been better.
Lights arrived damaged, several broken bulbs. I notified the seller, they responded quickly and refunded me for my purchase. Many thanks to this seller for restoring my faith in “good business practice”. I truly appreciate them working with me and assisting me with the issue. I have no reservations regarding buying from this seller again in the future and would recommend them. Thanks again.
