An interesting piece of postal stationery. Originally a 5 kopeck envelope from Russia which has now been surcharged in red 15 sents for use in Estonia which has been covered with the addition of a strip of three Estonia Scott #225, the P.P.X. (10 sents) coil stamp from 1992. Mailed from the small village of Osula and addressed to the city of Tallinn. There is an Osula postmark dated November 23, 1992. On the reverse is a Talinn PTK, Eesti cancel dated November 24, 1992. This envelope measures 159mm x 114mm. See scans for condition. Shipping in the U.S. will be $2.25 for First Class Letter. Shipping to anywhere else in the world will be $4.50 for First Class Letter. Special shipping options are available for higher fees. Ask for details.
