At first I was worried as the item was to be delivered in July and it was over 3 or so weeks. Once I contacted the Seller, things ran smoothly. For some reason the item was thrown in a pile and forgotten. The Seller was able to locate the item and get it shipped. The Seller then sent me the item at no cost entirely and refunded the money sent in the first place. Very generous of the Seller! Thanks for all yur time and trouble locating the package. This arrived sooner than I expected, given that the seller was on vacation when I bought it. The packaging was very sturdy, taped carefully, and the box fit the item like it was made for it. It's exactly as described; I bought this as a new item and it is. I was very impressed with the value compared to the same item offered by other sellers. My granddaughter is going to love it!
