Item was as described and packaged very securely. Seller showed excellent communication and was very responsive. When a shipping error caused the package to be returned to the sender, seller re-shipped it to me at no cost. Unfortunately, the additional travel caused some of the items in the shipment to get damaged. When I contacted the seller, I received an immediate response and a partial refund. Overall I was very happy with my experience and would definitely buy from this seller again. A+!

The first batch I received from this seller didn't match the photograph in the description. I reached out to the seller, and he was apologetic and immediately offered to send the correctly colored hangers. These are quality and they are almost impossible to find as they're out of stock everywhere, so I was psyched to find these for the wife. Seller stands behind his products and made this right.
