Also, damaged part with matching hidden watermark serial number and original packaging must be released to USPS/FedEx/UPS for inspection and insurance purposes. It must be released within 24 hours. If reported by buyer as lost, stolen, missing, etc., and package shows a delivery date to buyer's address, a police report must be filed by buyer. The police report must be faxed or emailed to us within 24 hours of actual delivery date or expected delivery date. The police report must bear the officer's name, location, day time phone number, signature, hidden watermark serial number (we will disclose this to you). In addition, police report must bear the buyer's information (name, address, etc.), signature, statement, etc. Buyer must also comply with USPS/Fed Ex/UPS insurance claim polices as well. No investigation will be initiated unless the above actions have been performed by buyer and processed by the aforementioned. Buyer's remorse is considered fraud (buying an item with the intention of returning or using and returning for refund). All suspected fraud cases will be immediately reported to, but not limited to FBI, buyer's local law enforcement, global online fraud data base, and courier's fraud dept (USPS, FedEx/UPS).
