A+++ seller! I had the first set of lights show up and upon opening the box, one of the lenses had a scuff through the protective plastic and into the lens. I took some pics and sent it in. They responded offering a partial refund. I explained I was ok with that if I could manage to buff the lens out without making it look worse. They then told me they’d just send out a replacement set. No fuss or issue. Super smooth transaction and professional and friendly to deal with. Will buy here again!
Excellent Seller for Car Alternator: 1) Great price, 2) Shipped quickly, 3) Arrived several days earlier than expected, 4) Good communications including a Shipper Tracking Number, 5) Alternator was packed very well in strong cardboard box with good cushioning so that it arrived without any damage, 6) Perfect fit. I will definitely buy from VAP-AutoParts again. So far, everything is great (just installed 3 days ago). The final proof will be if the alternator is still running in 15 years.
The item arrived in a damaged box and a little late. communication was not exceptional with the seller. The item had no distinguishing manufacturing label and i had it tested per seller request. It did charge but not the 160amps as listed in the item description. The seller did; however, cooperate and provided a return label and a quick refund.
