Ordered 12/15. Received 1/6. Seller provided status updates, tracking info throughout. Received as described: new Pioneer 4K UHD optical drive. Unfortunately, it did not survive transit. Was boxed well and bubble wrapped but must have suffered a drop. Tray would not open and there was a rattling inside suggesting a loose piece. Seller asked me to troubleshoot but no joy. Seller refunded full amount w/o issues. Excellent, friendly, helpful! Fantastic seller. Would buy again but no stock.
The shipping took a bit longer than I would've liked, as it shipped from China, but it wasn't too long of a wait. My drive was packed pretty well and didn't take any shipping damage that I could see. The only quality issue I have is the drive sled slides out a little weird, but ultimately works fine. I felt I paid a fair price, and the drive looks as advertised. Definitely pay with Paypal to ensure you have scam protection, but for now I'm happy with my purchase.
The description of the product was accurate, the condition of the product was perfect, and it was VERY well packaged. Shipping was reasonable only taking about 2 weeks considering that it came all the way from 🇨🇳China to 🇺🇸America. Price was very good for a high quality pioneer drive and the firmware was already compatible for 4k Blu-ray ripping. 10/10 recommend this seller! Ripped Full Metal Jacket in 4k without any issues unlike my old lg drive which failed.
