My deepest apologies to the seller. Her communication is excellent. This was an oversight on my end since her email response got buried in my inbox. I overlooked that the product is coming from the Netherlands. With the recent trade agreement changes by our US government, shipments from outside the US are experiencing problems such as delays. She handled my problem satisfactorily and is a superb business woman. I highly recommend her. However, expect shipping delays if ordering outside the US.

I’ve been a long time user of Sisley products and found a concealer unboxed at a very reasonable price. It’s unused and a good match for my skin tone. The package was sent from the Netherlands and arrived in Canada earlier than expected. There was no communication necessary with the Seller as my purchase went smoothly.
