It was stated as being Sterling Silver, but it is actually stainless steel. Still giving a good review as the seller offered a refund, but I have chosen to keep the item as it is still good value. Being stainless steel, at least I don't have to polish it. It was packed well, and shipped very quickly. The seller communicated promptly when I had questions too.
