I ordered a group of ten multis, they were shipped on the day indicated and arrived on time, the box was well labeled and a heat pack was included, all the animals survived and an additional 3 fish were included. Every individual was quite immature, roughly a half inch size. They were single bagged, but the corners were tapped to prevent snags, if give this seller an 8 out of 10, only for the size discrepancy.
These multies arrived on time and in excellent condition! Packaging was great and all were alive and well, next day still alive... so far so good. They're hiding in their shells as expected and seem happy and healthy. Can't wait to watch the little colony grow! I emailed the seller ahead of time to see exactly what they feed so I could have it on hand, they replied right away. Thank you so much!
